Jay-R is a product of an “on the breadline”family.her mother Minda, works at the Toledo City Pier under the job order of the City Mayor’s Office to sustain their immediate working after being ill. As told, Jay-R also enjoyed life’s comfort when he was young, however, it was aborted when his father stopped working in hongkong because of heart disease.He wanted to enroll in college to take up BS Customs Administration but was not materialized because of financial contrains. At working as a casual employee at the Toledo City  Band under the supervision of the City Mayor’s Office.
