Chairman Ricardo Saludo graced Toledo's launching of the Citizens Service charter

Toledo City having been included among the model cities chosen by the Civil service commission (CSC) in showcasing the best red tape free practices  in frontline service delivery was well-commended during  the launching of its Citizens service charter. 
    

Toledo cited by CSC as a  model city in Cebu and also chosen by CSC in Region VII  as the pilot city in the launching of the Citizen's service charter unveiled edition 1  of the  Citizen's service charter  in compliance with RA 9485 and  ARTA 2007. 

The launching was held 1:00 pm., at the Barba Sports Complex with the presence of the Chairman of the Civil Service Commission, Ricardo Saludo , Director Pedro Noval  of DILG,  Regional Director Judith Chicano (CSC), Edith Luzano (Head of ERD,CSC)  with the City officials, Mayor Arlene Zambo, Vice-Mayor Rudy Espinosa and  City councilors.

Witnesses of the  unveiling were the department heads of Toledo LGU and  barangay captains of the City. The prime movers and keyplayers of the citizens service charter were also acknowledged, Engr. Avelino Zambo Jr.,(City Administrator),  Caroline Labrador , Edwin Abad (HRMO head),
and all the department heads and division chiefs of the City together with their employees.

It was hosted by City Tourism officer, Mrs. Trinidad Bubuli.
