At 8:00 a.m., all the employees from the Local & National offices went to Boulevard and Lawis area of Poblacion, Toledo City where the coastal clean-up drive was launched. Everyone gave all out efforts and extra services to aid in the clean-up, eradicating all of the garbage and thrash in the area including plastics, cans, waste materials, and moundful of garbage that has been spread in the area for many days. Regardless of the
foul odor, smell and heat, the clean up team saw to it that the space would be spick & span for the day bringing with them sacks, thrash cans, dustpans, brooms, stick and garbage vehicle and others.

The clean-up drive was also joined in by all the Department Heads from the local and national offices.Everyone sweat it out and made all cleaning possible, not only for the purpose of the Civil Service month, but for the part, that they would be of great service to their fellow Toledanos, thereby serving  a great example to fellow constituents.

To the clean-up team, there will still be Wednesdays of the month to clean up the coastal area, thus, looking forward to a
cleaner Toledo.
