July 15, 2008. The City officials spearheaded by Vice-Mayor Rudy Espinosa in lieu of Mayor Zambo's absence due to her sick baby went as far as Brgy. Loay to bring  better services to the constituents. All the departments concerned came to give medical prescriptions, dental services, distributed NFA rice, fed "pospas", and offer free vaccination to animals,assessor's services and dialogue with Brgy. officials and constituents.

Each household was sure glad of the City's "Duaw Alagad" program and support since it is but, a rare oppurtunity for them to be given the privilege a personal visit with the officials. 

Likewise,the Brgy.officials expressed gratitude just the same
