The celebration of the elderly Filipino week was launched with a parade of the Senior Citizens of Toledo City from different chapters as spearheaded by the CSWDO office & staff with the assistance of the City Health office who initiated the Medical Mission after the parade at the M.A. Barba Sports Complex. It is with the theme: Nakatatanda: Huwaran ng Yaman ng Bayan.

MECHANICS :

1. The contest is open to all amateur and professional photographers.

2. Participants may use any Film or Digital Cameras.

3. Photo entries should be unmounted in 5R color prints.

Witness a new systematized, improvized and livelier Fluvial Parade and Procession of Toledo City.  Vessels joining the fluvial will depart at the city port at exactly 5 in the morning and it will be followed by a procession from the port to the parish church of Toledo (San Juan de Sahagun Parish).
