Another  activity in the Celebration of the Civil Service Month is the Seminar on Values and Gender and Development facilitated by the Department of Education, Toledo Division and Department of Agrarian Reform on September 22, 2006. Two topics were prepared in a whole day activity attended by government employees. First topic is the Gender and Development with Ms. Andrea Paciana L. Labra as Speaker, the Chief Agrarian Reform Program officer for Administrative of DAR Provincial Office, Cebu City. It discusses the role of women in the governing generation.

Second topic is the National Culture of Excellence. The Why’s and How’s conduced by Mrs. Victoria P. Alqueza and Mrs. Loida L. Allego, Principals of Awihao National High School and North City Central School, respectively. This furthers talks on evaluation of oneself in its relation to the outside world.

To utilize time after the two topics Mr. Randy Mendaros, Fire Inspectors of Toledo City Fire Department shared on the whats and hows to do when there is a disaster coming or happening. Everyone is very participate and has enlightened to be prepared always to avoid more frightening accident.
