Mayor's Cup 06
December 18, 2006, Monday, the City Government of Toledo paved way for its yearly activity, “3RD MAYOR’S CUP 2006”. At exactly 1 o’clock in the afternoon, it was formally open with the parade of the different department teams with their respective muses. This activity was spearheaded by the Toledo City Sports Commission to enhanced strong relationship of every employee.
The second part of the activity was highlighted by the Inspirational Message of Mayor Arlene E. Zambo, emphasizing on Sportsmanship of every participating teams.
Lighting of the torch was done by Jesrelle Dejino an athlete from Crime Buster Team. Oath of Sportsmanship was led by Jan Clive Normandia of Legislative Team.
The most awaited part was the Search for 2006 Miss Sportsfeast and The Best in Uniform. Miss Aimee Ann Neo of Crime Buster Team was declared as Miss Sportsfeast 2006. The Crime Buster Team received the award in Best in Uniform.
Formal declaration of the 3rd Mayor’s Cup was done by Mayor Arlene E. Zambo followed by the Ceremonial Tossing of the Ball with Mayor Dydee and SP Members together with Miss Aimee Ann Neo, Miss Sportsfeast 2006.
