Highlights for the day will be a Sports Parade of different contingents in every Barangay R.I.C.  considering that Toledo City organized with at least one (1) RIC Organization in each barangay.  Each organization will be sending delegations for the month-long celebration to participate in sports and other planned activities.   The whole activity will be facilitated by the Office of the Agriculture headed by Mrs. Tomarong in coordination the Office of the Mayor. 

A program will follow to formally open the said activity at the M. Barba Sports Complex which will be attended by our Local Officials headed by Mayor Arlene "Dydee" Zambo and of course the delegations.
