The government is more eager to bring its services and reach as far as Brgy.Loay to give better medical prescriptions,  health,dental services, distribute cheaper NFA  rice, camote, pospas feeding, and other services from diff. departments of the City to the constituents. Vice-Mayor Rudy Espinosa and City officials gave its support to the activity and provide Barangay what they truly deserve being part of the City's mission to uplift the economic conditions of it's people.
