The Toledo City Government headed by the City Mayor , Vice-Mayor, City Administrator together with the TWG-CLUP, department heads and the SP members will present to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan for final deliberation and approval. The Toledo LGU will present the Toledo City profile and the Comprehensive land use plan of the City.
