Chaired by City Social Welfare and Development Office and City Health Department headed by Mrs. Milagros Espera and Dra. Jesusa Bacus, every office were assigned with one or two malnourish child/children as identified by the City Health Department in the assurances that the assigned office takes charge on the child in giving him/her food and other necessities for 21 days starting from the date the child being turn-over to that office on September 8, 2006 until September 28, 2006.

During the turnover ceremony the child was being introduce to the Office concerned and was weighed beforehand to identify if the child has gained weight during the adoption. There were also doctors from the City Health at standby for the consultation and other Health Workers for distribution of Vitamins and some medicines as prescribed. There was also mass feeding given before the program closed.
