This year's celebration of the FIre Prevention awaits various of activities. On the first Monday of the month, Toledo City Fire Station, headed by its Acting City Fire Marshall, SInsp. RANDY M.

Official opening of the month-long activity.  It will be formally opened with a fire truct siren at exactly 8:00 A.M. to remind the public of this month's celebration and as a preliminary action for its launching.

Highlights for the day will be a Sports Parade of different contingents in every Barangay R.I.C.  considering that Toledo City organized with at least one (1) RIC Organization in each barangay.  Each organization will be sending delegations for the month-long celebration to participate in sports and other planned activities.   The whole activity will be facilitated by the Office of the Agriculture headed by Mrs. Tomarong in coordination the Office of the Mayor. 

Under the supervision of Mrs. Gloria D. Pacampara, CLGOO (DILG Toledo City), the Local Officials and Deparment Heads of Toledo City attended the Seminar Workshop on the Executive-Legislative Agenda Formulation of Toledo City, CYs 2008 - 2010.  The workshop consider the theme which goes "ENHANCING THE LOCAL OFFICIALS COMPETENCE AND MANAGERIAL SKILLS FOR AN EFFECTIVE AND RESPONSIVE GOVERNANCE.
