Encouraging the Youth for Excellence (EYE), A youth-oriented group met for the first time the City Mayor Arlene Zambo in a gathering held last August 23, 2008, 2:00 p.m. at the 2^nd floor, of the Toledo City Commercial Arcade.

In preparation of the upcoming civil service month, All Department Heads attend and join in the Deliberation for Department Best Practices  held at the SP Session Hall (8:30-12:00 nn) and the Official Nominees were (1) Direct Observed Treatment Short Course (DOTS) from the City Health Department; (2)BIO-N Production from the City Agriculture & Services Offices; (3) Toledo Commercial Village Administration from the City Treasurer's Office.

In the afternoon, the conduct of the Exemplary Employees followed with the ff. as nominees;

It is free of charge and no commitment from the  LGU. Said demo will take place at the SP Session Hall at 2:00 p.m. (Discussions to follow)
