     We  aim to  provide  our  Citizens  with quality   and  efficient  Frontline  Services employing methods that  are guided  by  policies  and  principles that  ensure  transparency, courtesy  and  honesty. We will also strive  to  give  the  People  of Toledo  the  type  of  service  that  each  one  deserves  at  all  times  and  regardless  of  age, gender, religion and  affiliation.
