Prospective bidders should posses valid PCAB License applicable to the contract, have completed a similar contract with a value of at least 50% of the ABC, and have key personnel and equipment (listed in the elegibility forms) available for the prosecution of the contract. Non-discretionary PASS/FAIL criteria will be used by the BAC in the Eligibility Check/Screenings as well as the Preliminary Examination of the Bids. Post qualification will be conducted by the BAC of the lowest calculate bid.

The BAC will issue to prospective bidders Eligibility Forms at the Office of the City Engineer upon their submission of LOI's on or before July 8, 2009 and upon their payment of a non-refundable amount (1/4 of 1% of ABC per contract. to the City Treasurer's Office.
