engr.rey meridaThe Phil.Foundation for the Rehabilitation of the Disabled (PFRD) is pleased to announce the Awardees of the 2008 A. Mabini Awards.One of the recepients of the award is our very own, AMCHA President in Toledo, Engr. Rey Merida as Outstanding Disabled Filipino for Visayas. According to an email from the Nova Foundation, "Tragic nothwithstanding, we cite the fact that you continued with your rise as a professional who took care not only of his own family, but those of others as well forming a productive cooperative that sustained your collective needs.
