The Phil.National Police (PNP) of Toledo City with the BFP through the able leadership of the new PNP chief, P/Supt. Julian Ceballos Entoma & Fire marshall Randy Mendaros led the Torch Relay Run Towards Genuine Transformation.

The PNP Integrated Transformation Program (ITP) was launched by the PNP NHQS to make the PNP more capable, effective and efficient public servant with its motto: "TO SERVE & PROTECT" .

The Torch aims to highlight the gains & objectives of the PNP Integrated Transformation Program. Likewise, it also promotes the culture of reform in the PNP personnel and stakeholders through advocacy programs & development updates of the PNP ITP (Integrated Transformation Program).

Hailed from Dalaguete,Cebu, a father of five (5) children, married to Socorro Villaces of Surigao City, the PNP Chief of  Police, P/supt. Julian Ceballos Entoma,who was previously designated as COP, Samboan Police Station, Dalaguete Police & also the Stn. group Director of 703rd Provincial Mobile Group at DAS,Toledo City, express full support to the activity.
