The City Government of Toledo through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites contractors registered with and classified by the Phil Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) to apply for eligibility and it found eligible, to bid in the above-mentioned contracts.

Prospective bidders should possess PCAB License applicable to the contact, have completed a similar contract with a value of at least 50% of the ABC, and have key personnel and equipment (listed in the eligibility forms) available for the prosecution of the contract.  The BAC will use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in the Eligibility Check/Screenings as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids.  The BAC will conduct post qualification of the lowest calculated bid.

Public Bidding will be on July 9, 2009, 2:00P.M. at the City Mayor's Office, Toledo City.
