ACCOMPLISHMENTS:

1. updated and evaluated & monitored the implementation of the different computer systems at the diff. operations of Toledo such as :

1. real property tax administration system (RPTAS)
2. business permit & license tax administration system (BPLTAS)
3. treasury operations and income monitoring system (TOIMS)
4. government appropriations & accounting management system (GAAMS)
5. GSIS computerized report system
6. Civil Registrar Information system (CRIS)
7. Pag-ibig Computerized Report System

Functions/ Tasks :

1. implemented preventive maintenance system (PMS) to all the computer and air conditioning unit of the City government;

2. Maintained information technology software and equipment such as virus removal, appliation software, and other I.T equipments,
provides recommendations to ensure the optimum utilization of investments ;

3. applied repair and maintenance of cmputer and air conditioning units and scheduled future maintenance and monitoring to ensure
good performance of the repaired units;

4. Assisted the different offices in technically identifying their system needs and in technically evaluating the computerized systems
acquired & installed in the concerned offices and evaluate if they are compatible with the computer operations;

5.provided specifications of computer hardware and other peripherals to requesting offices ensuring  good quality or computer units to be purchased.
Thus, applied torrid inspection upon the arrival of purchased units;

WEBSITE TASKS/ FUNCTIONS:

1. developed & updated the official website www. toledocity.gov.ph

2. provided general information of the City (the city profile, services & developmental information, city activities, special features and others;)

3. published projects and products for public bidding;

4. posted calendar of activities, news events and updates, pictorial of events, portals of prominent websites of other
local and national government offices;

Facilitate also in the distribution of computers to selected secondary aand elementary schools:
