2nd day of July, 2007 at 8 o'clock in the morning the Newly Inducted Toledo City Officials led the Flag Raising Ceremony & had its Inaugural Session at the SP Session Hall.

              At 7:45 A.M. was the blowing of siren at the Bureau of Fire Protection followed by the Flag Ceremony. Invocation was led by Hon. Felicisima Macapobre, SP Member. Mayor Arlene E. Zambo and Vice-Mayor Aurelio P. Espinosa hoisted the flag. Panumpa sa Bandila was led by Hon. Alfonso G. Mercado, Jr. and the Panumpa sa Kawani was done by Hon. Amelia O. De Pio. The "Ang Bayan Ko" was sung by Gilbert Laspoña an employee, "Toledo City Hym"was sung also by Mr. Jessel Canillo and the "Awit ng Serbisyo Sibil" was led by Gilbert Laspoña, Ann Layan and Raul Evangelista. Trooping the Line was led by Mayor Arlene E. Zambo, Vice Mayor Aurelio P. Espinosa and SP Members with Col. Leodegardo P. Acebedo.

               Inaugural Session, 7th Sangguniang Panlungsod at SP Session Hall. The Presiding Officer was Hon. Aurelio P. Espinosa. Hon. Felicisima A. Macapobre led the Invocation followed by the Pambansang Awit and the Toledo City Hymn. Vice Mayor Aurelio P. Espinosa gave his Inaugural Speech. Inspirational Message was given by Hon. Arlene E.
