sponsored by the Association of Brgy.Council (ABC) in cooperation with Dept.of Interior & Local Government (DILG) and Toledo City Govt.,unique talents from Cebu grace the occassion with amazing magic tricks,acrobats,and a wide array of talents. 

All the 38 barangays,Barangay captains,Kagawads were in full cooperation.And among the guest of honors, were Mayor Arlene Zambo, Vice-Mayor Rudy Espinosa, City Councilors, Board Member Ian Zambo,ABC President Edgar Aguilar, SK Fedration, Mrs.Gloria Pacampara (DILG)  and some other guests.

The programme was hosted by Mrs. Trinidad Bubuli, and later on Sam Costanilla,Capitol Media Affairs Consultant, and acrobat in-charge. In the first part,  there were Fiesta Messages from Mayor Arlene Zambo, Vice-Mayor Rudy Espinosa, Board Member Ian Zambo. The barangay captains, staff and DILG personnel render a medley of dances. Then, Cebu's balladeer Boyet Lim entertained the audience with songs and even made the City Mayor swing & sway. The rest of the night was quite magical, from great magicians, Richard Cristobal & Dan-dan Vergara. Lots of tricks were presented and even made our heart's chill as one child from Tubod was chosen to perform in the guilottine act. Audience were impressed even more as Power Trio did a juggling act, and  an Acrobat did a splendid performance by passing through a ring with fire and a blank-mirrored type with knives at all sides. We were all in awe! A song from an entertainer sent shivers down Hon. Pepito's heart and spines as the singer render an erotic song on his lap. And adding wonders is the showcase of Angel-the wonder dog as he displayed  unique wit.The great sword swallower impressed us even more. The night grew more intense as the magic stunts continued and along with comedian duo "Dos Muchos" and the finale- the ever famous "Dos Companeros".

To sum it all, it was amazing and a wonderful show for all spectators.
